Refund Policy

1. Event Bookings

• Non-refundable, unless:

  • Event is cancelled by us.

  • Written cancellation 14+ days before event (50% refund may apply).

  • Medical/emergency reasons with proof (credit may be offered).

2. Vendor Booths

• Cancel 30+ days before event: 70% refund.

• Cancel 15–29 days before: 30% refund.

• Cancel <15 days: No refund.

3. Services (PR, Digital Marketing)

• Refunds only if:

  • Work hasn’t started and cancelled within 3 days of payment.

  • Delays/failure on our part (case-by-case).

4. Products & Merchandise

• Refund/exchange only for damaged or incorrect items.

• Request within 7 days with proof.
